Coromandel Kina
Our most popular Kina is caught in Coromandel and surrounding waters. This is our premium quality product, well known for its smaller sweeter roe.

Straits Kina
Our Straits Kina is caught in waters around Cook Strait and Foveaux Strait. This Kina grows larger in the colder southern waters, and has a stronger taste.

Mussels
We source local fresh Mussels from our friends at OPC Whitianga, and we process these into 200g pottles.

Paua
Paua, or Abalone, is in high demand. We catch a limited amount each season. Paua are harvested from Wairarapa and South Island.
